Any CD’s that have been damaged can not be returned. In the event of defect, the manufacturer must be contacted. This policy pertains to all purchases completed on OzelTurkbas.com that have been shipped within the contiguous USA. If a return is
necessary, you must notify OzelTurkbas.com within 35 business days of shipping date. Please contact Customer Care about your return at returns@ozelturkbas.com.

Please Note: We are unable to process any returned items that do not include our authorized return shipping label. Please see our Return Procedure below for easy instructions on how to complete your return. Please contact customer service for return policies regarding international orders.

OzelTurkbas.com will refund your payment for an item that was erroneously shipped if the returned item is undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*)

If the item you received is not as advertised on OzelTurkbas.com due to evident incorrect information posted online, you may return it, undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*)

Defective Item
OzelTurkbas.com will refund your payment for a defective item when the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contentsPreference Returns Preference Returns, Changed-My-Mind Returns, Already-Have-It Returns, My-Friends-Don’t-Know-What-I-Like Returns and all other reasons for returning your item.
Oh, we’ve been there: opening up a package and seeing something you do not want! Why keep it as a disappointing reminder? Just contact an Ozel Turkbas Team member to begin the process of returning your item if it is undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap*). You will be refunded for the item only less shipping charges. OzelTurkbas.com cannot make an exchange for a different item; a new order will have to be placed if you wish to receive a different item.

Return Procedure

You must have your return authorized by an Ozel Turkbas Team member.

You will be sent an authorized shipping label to be attached to your package for tracking and processing purposes. Send us your return. We promise you’re still our friend!

Because all items are subject to review, returns can take:
– Up to 60 business days to be processed during the normal year
– Up to 90 business days to be processed during holidays

We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

OzelTurkbas.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you have inquiries about obtaining a return shipping label or have additional questions, please contact Customer Care.

Refund FAQ

How will I be refunded?
In most cases, refunds will be given in the same form as the original method of payment.

Will I be refunded for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges?
We cannot accommodate requests for refunds for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges incurred by the ordered product.

What happens if I return my item without an authorized return shipping label?
All returns must include our authorized return shipping label so that it can successfully be processed at our distribution center. Any returns that arrive without our label are ineligible for processing and, therefore, ineligible for reimbursement. Remember, it is very important you have your return request endorsed by an Ozel Turkbas Team Member – we will guide you through the rest of the way!

Cancellations or Refunds for International Shipped Items
Any CD’s that have been damaged can not be returned. In the event of defect, the manufacturer must be contacted. Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for refunds on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect International address.

OzelTurkbas.com does not accept requests for returns on International orders, due to high processing costs.
